Privacy Policy

Agentic Outreach (“Agentic Outreach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a product operated by 7 Star Technetic Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“the Company“). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Agentic Outreach platform (the “Service”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including when you connect a Google or LinkedIn account to the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

  • Account details: name, work email, password (stored as a salted hash), and company information.
  • Campaign configuration: target industries, titles, messaging preferences, and sending guardrails you set.
  • Content you create or upload: outreach message templates, notes, and any files you attach to a campaign or prospect.
  • Billing information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
  • Support correspondence, including anything you send us by email.

1.2 Information from connected accounts

The Service is designed to send and track outreach on your behalf. To do this, you may choose to connect third-party accounts. We only request the minimum access needed for the feature you enable, and only for as long as the connection stays active.

  • Google account (Gmail and Calendar). If you connect a Google account, we request the following scopes:gmail.sendto send outreach and follow-up emails you author or approve;gmail.readonlyto detect replies to your outreach so we can thread follow-ups and stop sequences once a prospect responds;userinfo.emailto identify which mailbox is connected; andcalendar.events /calendar.freebusyto check availability and create meeting invites when a prospect books time with you. We do not read, scan, or store the content of unrelated emails in your inbox — reply detection is limited to messages in threads our Service started, identified by message and thread IDs.
  • LinkedIn account. LinkedIn connections are brokered through Unipile, a third-party connection provider, using an authenticated session you establish yourself. We use this connection to send connection requests and messages you configure or approve, and to retrieve profile and engagement data relevant to your configured signals and campaigns.

1.3 Prospect and company data

To identify and enrich leads, the Service processes publicly available and licensed third-party business data about companies and professionals — such as job title, company, publicly visible posts, and business contact details — sourced from data providers, public web pages, and the connected accounts described above. This data is used solely to operate the Service for the account that requested it.

1.4 Automatically collected information

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and actions taken in the product.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and timestamps, for security and diagnostics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the Service: run signal detection, generate and send outreach, track replies and meetings, and show you analytics.
  • To maintain and secure the Service: prevent abuse, debug errors, and enforce sending limits that protect your sender reputation.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and material changes to the Service.
  • To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.

Google user data — Limited Use disclosure. Agentic Outreach’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs to serve advertisements, and we do not sell that data. Gmail and Calendar data is used only to provide the outreach- and scheduling-related features you explicitly enable, and is never used to train generalized machine-learning or AI models. Human access to Gmail or Calendar data is limited to what is necessary to provide customer support at your request, to investigate a security incident, or to comply with the law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information or your prospects’ information. We share information only with:

  • Infrastructure and processing providers who host our database, application servers, and email/calendar sending (for example, cloud hosting, Unipile for LinkedIn connectivity, and data-enrichment providers), each bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service to us.
  • Payment processors, to bill your subscription.
  • Authorities, when required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or prevent fraud or harm.
  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to allow reactivation, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can revoke a connected Google or LinkedIn account at any time from Settings; doing so immediately stops further access and any pending sends through that connection. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing techdevsinc@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You can also revoke Agentic Outreach’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings.

5. Security

Connected-account credentials and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service, and all connections to the Service use encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at techdevsinc@gmail.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. International data transfers

We are based in India and use service providers located in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. The “Effective date“ above reflects the most recent revision.
