Terms of Service

Effective date: September 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agentic Outreach (the “Service”), provided by 7 Star Technetic Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

1. The Service

Agentic Outreach helps you find prospects based on configurable intent signals, research and personalize outreach, and send messages over LinkedIn and email — either for your review and approval (“Copilot”) or, within limits you configure, automatically (“Autopilot”). Autopilot only sends messages within the sequences, caps, and hours you set up; you can pause or disable it at any time from Settings.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including outreach sent by Autopilot under settings you configured.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
  • Notify us immediately at techdevsinc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connected third-party accounts

Sending outreach requires connecting a Google (Gmail/Calendar) account or a LinkedIn account. By connecting an account, you represent that you are authorized to use it for outreach and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with that provider, including LinkedIn’s User Agreement and Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against your account — such as rate limiting or suspension — as a result of your use of the Service, though we build sending limits intended to reduce that risk. You can disconnect any third-party account at any time from Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages that violate applicable anti-spam law (such as the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, or India’s IT Act) or the terms of the platform the message is sent through.
  • Harvest, scrape, or contact individuals in a manner that violates their privacy rights or applicable data protection law.
  • Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send, or that Autopilot sends under rules you configured, and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
  • We may change our prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is resolved.

6. Data and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service, including message templates and campaign configuration. We retain ownership of the Service itself and the underlying technology. Our handling of personal data, including data from connected Google and LinkedIn accounts, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any particular reply rate, meeting volume, or outcome will result from using the Service. Sending platforms such as Gmail and LinkedIn set their own limits and enforcement policies outside our control, and features that depend on them may change or be interrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
